Step 1: Design Submission and Request for Quote First, you'll need to prepare your design and provide initial details to us, directly email to patches@ssintlco.comor fill our contact form.
.Your Artwork/Idea: You can submit a logo, sketch, or a detailed description of your idea. High-resolution images are preferred. Sunny Season Patches will offer free design services if you need help finalizing your artwork.
Key Details: Quantity: The number of patches you need,Sunny Season Patches do any quantity, there is NO Minimum Order requested.
Size and Shape: The desired dimensions and overall shape of the patch.
Patch Type: Select the material and style (e.g., embroidered, woven, PVC, leather, chenille).
Backing Option: Choose how you want to attach the patch (e.g., iron-on, sew-on, hook and loop, adhesive/peel&stick).
Colors and Coverage: Specify the desired colors. The percentage of embroidery coverage (e.g., 50%, 100%) can affect the price.
Border Type: Common options include a merrowed (overlock) border or a thin-stitched edge.

You must approve the digital proof or our sample photo before production can begin.
Step 3: Production and Delivery After you approve the design and complete the payment: Production started: our factory will move forward to production for your custom patches.
Shipping and delivery: The patches are packaged and shipped to your specified location.
