Ordering custom patches is a straightforward process, typically involving submitting your design, choosing patch specifications, approving a digital proof, and completing your purchase.

Step-by-Step Design Process:    From Concept to Finished Product!
 
    Step 1: Design Submission and Request for Quote
    First, you'll need to prepare your design and provide initial details to us, directly email to patches@ssintlco.com or fill our contact form.

    .Your Artwork/Idea: You can submit a logo, sketch, or a detailed description of your idea. High-resolution images are preferred. Sunny Season Patches will offer free design services if you need help finalizing your artwork.

    Key Details:
    Quantity: The number of patches you need,Sunny Season Patches do any quantity, there is NO Minimum Order requested.

    Size and Shape: The desired dimensions and overall shape of the patch.

    Patch Type: Select the material and style (e.g., embroidered, woven, PVC, leather, chenille).

    Backing Option: Choose how you want to attach the patch (e.g., iron-on, sew-on, hook and loop, adhesive/peel&stick).

    Colors and Coverage: Specify the desired colors. The percentage of embroidery coverage (e.g., 50%, 100%) can affect the price.

    Border Type: Common options include a merrowed (overlock) border or a thin-stitched edge. 

    Step 2: Review and Approval
    Once you provide the details, we will send you a price quote shortly.

    Sunny Season Patches will create a digital proof (a visual sample) of your patch design,we offer free, unlimited revisions to this proof until you are satisfied.

    You must approve the digital proof or our sample photo before production can begin. 


    Step 3: Production and Delivery
    After you approve the design and complete the payment:

    Production started:
    our factory will move forward to production for your custom patches.

    Shipping and delivery: The patches are packaged and shipped to your specified location.

    Apply and Enjoy: Your custom patches are ready to be applied to your desired items.

    The entire process, from order to delivery, can take a few weeks, we offer rush order or expedited shipping options.
    .Standard orders: 14-21 business days(regular production & regular shipping)
    .Rush order: 7-14 business days (rush production & expedited shipping way)
