What if my custom patches don’t match the approved mockup?
We stand behind our work. If your patches have defects (wrong color, incorrect design, or poor stitching) that don’t align with the approved mockup, we’ll offer free replacements or a full refund—no questions asked. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
How do I care for my custom patches to make them last?
For best results: Machine wash items with patches in cold water (gentle cycle) and air dry (avoid high heat dryers). If using iron-on patches, don’t iron over them again after application. For woven patches, avoid harsh detergents—this preserves thread color and prevents fraying. With proper care, patches can last 3–5 years or longer.
Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
Order modifications (design changes, size adjustments, or quantity updates) are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, production may have started, and changes may not be possible. We recommend reviewing your mockup carefully before confirming to avoid last-minute edits.
